The eFin app enables captains to efficiently report their tilefish catches, ensuring compliance with the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's mandatory reporting requirements. With eFin, captains can log catch details, including species, quantity, and location, and submit reports within 24 hours of returning to port.  This streamlined process supports sustainable fisheries management by providing accurate and timely data to regulatory authorities.

ODFW eLogbook

COMMERCIAL DUNGENESS CRAB

The ODFW eLogbook app was designed for a project with the  state of Oregon, Department of Fish and Wildlife for commercial Dungeness crab fishermen to easily record their entire trip, including set and haul details, and track locations with precision. Data is securely transmitted in near real-time to state fisheries managers, ensuring accurate, timely information to support sustainable fisheries management.

eTRIPS Mobile used by fishermen from Maine to Texas for electronic trip reporting for Commercial, For-Hire and Headboat vessels. 

Dockside Interceptor (APAIS) In use on the East Coast, in the Gulf of Mexico and Hawaii. The Access Point Angler Intercept Survey (APAIS) is conducted at public marine fishing access points (i.e., boat ramps, piers, beaches, jetties, bridges, marinas, etc.) to collect individual catch data, including species identification, total number of each species, length and weight measurements of individual fishes, as well as angler-specific information about the fishing trip and the anglers’ fishing behavior. 

SciFish Project Builder "an app that builds apps". Sci Fish standardizes the collection of citizen science data from Atlantic coast fisheries and provides a single platform for multiple data collection projects. Users can create new data collection projects with minimal resources and provides access to data that supports fisheries stock assessments and management. â€‹
